The fine and elegant nose offers us first mineral and chalky notes. Then we find nice toasted aromas that give way to citrus fruits and yellow lemon zest. At first, the mouth is fresh thanks to notes of ripe yellow lemon. The wine then gains richness and deliciousness with juicy white fruits such as vine peach and white flower notes. The finish is fresh and powerful, with aromas  of fresh yellow fruit mixed with flinty minerality and warm spices.
